Lymington man, 41, charged with attempted arson

A Lymington man has been charged following a reported incident at an address on Shrubbs Avenue, Lymington on Sunday (31 August).

Robert Kevin Mackay, 41, of Shrubbs Avenue, has been charged with attempt arson with intent to endanger life and attempted arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered.

He appeared at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (2 September) and has been remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Crown Court on Monday 29 September.
